Brazil's national team needed a place to practice this week before their match against England on Saturday, March 23rd, and Arsenal has opened London Colney to Dorival Junior's team. For Gabriel Magalhaes, who was originally called up to the squad, that proved to be extremely handy. The center defender was supposedly eligible to participate in Brazil's first practice at London Colney, but he was already there with Arsenal for more evaluations and conditioning sessions when he withdrew as a precautionary measure due to an injury.

Due to injuries, Gabriel Martinelli has also withdrawn from the Brazil team, while Gabriel Jesus has not been called up this time. The striker's recent injury has curtailed his playing time for Arsenal, so it's not unexpected that he hasn't been able to persuade Dorival Junior to call him up.

Rather, the Brazil team in London Colney is made up of players from the best teams in Europe, such as Raphinha of Barcelona, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo of Real Madrid (who has been linked to Arsenal).
This week, Arsenal has also been practicing at London Colney, so for a short period, the two teams will be using the same facilities. Next week, Brazil travels to Spain for their second international match.
