With Governor Seyi Makinde's ambition to be president and fight for his ambition in PDP for now and because he hopes to anoint the next Oyo state governor which is better realized in the party he'll likely remain in PDP.

All eyes are on the members of APC to see who may likely become a member of the coalition group in oyo state.

The toughest job for the Coalition is in the southwest and Oyo state is no exception.

The first job is to search for a governorship candidate and they may have to wait until very close to 2027 elections to get a candidate.  It's not enough to get a candidate but a candidate with his own group.
