Governor Aiyedatiwa of itOndo is expected to be declared as the winner of the 2024 gubernatorial election in Ondo. In the ruling expected on Wednesday the tribunal' judgment is being expected.

INCREDIBLE! A measure to repeal the Abia State Governors & Deputy Governors Pensions Law was successfully approved by the Abia State House of Assembly and signed into law. The "Pensions Law" that Peter Obi consistently opposed forced states to continue providing millions of dollars to former governors and their appointees even after Abia State's governors' terms were terminated. Not only are there numerous infrastructures and highways, but there are also policies to consider!

CONTROVERSIAL GUNS JUDGMENT IN US

A federal court has decided that lawful immigrants are now allowed to carry firearms. Currently, it appears that illegal immigrants enjoy the same rights as citizens of the United States, but not nearly as many obligations. According to a ruling by U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman, an illegal immigrant's Second Amendment rights were infringed upon when he was accused of illegally carrying weapons. Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, an undocumented immigrant, was accused in this case under 18 U.S.C. §922, a federal provision that forbids unauthorized immigrants from carrying firearms or ammunition. Judge Coleman, however, found that Carbajal-Flores' constitutional right to keep and carry guns is violated when this legislation is applied to him.

Ereebe

As required by the Supreme Court in 2022, the defense team successfully claimed that the government had not shown how the act is consistent with America's long history of regulating firearms. They argued that lifetime disarmament without reference to nationality or alienage is not grounded in American history or custom. Judge Coleman said that it was remarkable because Carbajal-Flores had never before been found guilty of a felony, a violent crime, or a weapons infraction. She even agreed with his assertion that he had only ever used the firearm for self-defense during a known moment of civic turmoil.

This decision has extremely alarming ramifications. By giving illegal aliens protection under the Second Amendment, the court has essentially put noncitizens' rights ahead of American citizens' security and safety. It creates a risky precedent that may increase armed illegal immigration, further jeopardizing the US's already taxed immigration enforcement apparatus. Furthermore, the consistency and coherence of the legal system are seriously called into doubt by this ruling. What justification is there for giving constitutional gun rights to those who have deliberately broken immigration rules when law-abiding folks are seeing more and more limitations placed on their Second Amendment liberties?

Brazil's national team needed a place to practice this week before their match against England on Saturday, March 23rd, and Arsenal has opened London Colney to Dorival Junior's team. For Gabriel Magalhaes, who was originally called up to the squad, that proved to be extremely handy. The center defender was supposedly eligible to participate in Brazil's first practice at London Colney, but he was already there with Arsenal for more evaluations and conditioning sessions when he withdrew as a precautionary measure due to an injury.

Gabriel Martin

Due to injuries, Gabriel Martinelli has also withdrawn from the Brazil team, while Gabriel Jesus has not been called up this time. The striker's recent injury has curtailed his playing time for Arsenal, so it's not unexpected that he hasn't been able to persuade Dorival Junior to call him up.

Rather, the Brazil team in London Colney is made up of players from the best teams in Europe, such as Raphinha of Barcelona, Vinicius Jr., and Rodrygo of Real Madrid (who has been linked to Arsenal).

This week, Arsenal has also been practicing at London Colney, so for a short period, the two teams will be using the same facilities. Next week, Brazil travels to Spain for their second international match.

The world's first surviving nonuplets had their first aircraft ride in December 2022, at the age of 1.5. They journeyed from their birthplace in Morocco, where they spent 19 months living, to their parents' homeland, Mali. And now, the nonuplets have traveled to Europe for the first time, two months short of their third birthday, stopping in Italy to participate in our televised talent event Lo event dei Record.

nonuplets 1

Every one of the nine kids is doing well and in good health. When the nonuplets received their Guinness World Records certificate in 2022, they were too tiny to carry it, but they have since matured and now each take pride in owning it, even if it means stealing it from a sibling!

The Guinness World Records officially recognizes them as the most children born alive at a single birth. Eight children born in 2009 to Nadya Suleman (USA), also known as "Octomom," previously held the record. Halima Cissé, the mother of the nonuplets, acknowledged that although it's difficult to get all of her kids to go to bed at night, she can force them to do so by giving them cuddles: "We cuddle them so they can sleep; they like cuddles to sleep," she added.

There had never before been any documented instances of nonuplets living more than a few hours after delivery until the advent of the Cissé infants.

The Cissé nonuplets were delivered 30 weeks early on May 4, 2021, via Caesarean section. Every infant weighed 0.5–1 kg (1.1–2.2 lb). The four boys were called Oumar, Elhadji, Bah, and Mohammed VI; the five girls were named Adama, Oumou, Hawa, Kadidia, and Fatouma. Halima's doctors in Mali first believed she was having septuplets, but after the Malian government sent her to a specialized center in Morocco, two more kids were discovered.

The babies needed round-the-clock care for several months after they were born and were promptly placed in incubators. After that, they moved into a clinic-owned apartment with specialized furnishings and nurses on staff to assist Halima in managing the enormous responsibility of caring for nine infants. Abdelkader Arby, the father of the nonuplets, stayed in Mali during this period to take care of the couple's three-year-old daughter, Souda.

Six-year-old Souda was a lone child until she unexpectedly became the oldest of her nine siblings. "We are proud, it's something exceptional," Abdelkader remarked about his children's world record. The family's global recognition is a wonderful thing.

The quarterfinal pairings for the Champions League have been announced, pitting Arsenal against Bayern Munich and the reigning champions Manchester City against Real Madrid. Arsenal had to battle through Porto to get here, and now they have to defeat Bayern, who are trying to make a big impression following a disorganized season that has severely damaged their reputation. Real Madrid vs. Man City is another match that looks to be exciting.

Champions League

These two faced off in the semi-final of the previous season, which Pep Guardiola's team won decisively 4-0 at the Etihad Stadium following a 1-1 draw in the first leg. The ongoing rivalry between Paris Saint-Germain and Barcelona is about to enter a new phase, forcing the team to revisit La Remontada. When they played for the first time in 2020–21, PSG's historic 4–1 triumph at Camp Nou set the stage for a comfortable victory for the French team. Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid square off in the round's final matchup. Although they did split victories in two games during the 2018–19 group stage, this is the first time these teams have faced off in the tournament's knockout rounds.

Ereebe

The quarterfinal matches' first leg is scheduled for April 9–10, while the second leg is scheduled for April 16–17 the following week. The second legs of the semifinals will take place on May 7–8, with the first round starting later in the month on April 30 and May 1. The two winning teams will compete in the championship game on June 1 at London's Wembley Stadium.

NEW WATER PARK IN ABUJA

Ezenwo Nyesom Wike, Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), officially opened the Sunrise Waterpark, a top-notch amusement park that is claimed to be the largest in West Africa. The vast establishment atop Asokoro Hill offers a commanding view of Mogadishu Barracks, Abuja, and the surrounding city center. The minister stated that the Waterpark's construction—which is also hailed as the most cutting-edge in the sub-region—is evidence of the FCT's thriving and promising tourist industry.

He praised Sunrise and Nadeem Group of Companies for their steadfast dedication and vision in executing the project and seeing it through to completion in the Federal Capital Territory. He said that the foreign cash that would be saved by the construction of the Waterpark would also be better used in other areas of the Territory's economy, relieving citizens of the need to travel outside of the city or even the nation to unwind and have fun. In addition to advising the park's administrators to uphold a very high level in their operations to promote patronage from the city's citizens and indeed the surrounding community, Wike advised people of the Federal Capital Territory to visit the Waterpark and enjoy the joys it has to offer.

Ereebe

"The FCT has several locations that might develop into popular tourist destinations. These include the Ushafa Pottery Center, the Yaba fishing site—where, I believe, the FCT fishing festival was held—and not the Millennium Tower project. "Seeing private sector investors visit these areas and breathe new life into them would be a pleasure." We are still available to talk about potential incentives for investment. According to Wike, we want to see Abuja develop and reach its full potential in this area.

The Nadeem Group of Companies' Chairperson, Tania Khalaf, stated in her remarks that the firm has spent the last ten years following the vision and passion of its founder, Saed Khalaf, toward innovative, high-quality, and vision-driven building ideas, which have been applied to the Sunrise Waterpark. According to Khalaf, the Waterpark's landscaping strategy was meticulously thought out to provide open vistas and highlight Abuja's distinct beauty. She stated, "It is one of the few water parks in the world that is perched on a hill and provides breathtaking views of the city." Khalaf expressed hope that the recreation facility will strengthen friendships and family ties while also bringing in international investment and employment to the Federal Capital Territory.

According to Seoul's military, North Korea launched a ballistic missile on Monday when US Secretary of State Antony Blinken was in South Korea for a summit on democracy and to meet with senior officials. Blinken will have a meeting with his Korean counterpart off-stage at the third Summit for Democracy, which the South is hosting this week as part of US President Joe Biden's effort. The conclusion of a significant yearly joint military training exercise between Washington and Seoul, two important security partners, this week sparked tit-for-tat drills and enraged responses from nuclear-armed Pyongyang.

North Korea

The Joint Chiefs of Staff stated, "North Korea fired an unspecified ballistic missile toward the East Sea," referring to the body of water also known as the Sea of Japan. The Japan Coast Guard reported that the items looked to have already fallen, and Japan also acknowledged the launch. The yearly Freedom Shield, which included twice as many troops this year, ended on Thursday, only a few days ago.

Ereebe

Strengthening South Korean and American deterrence against the North's nuclear and missile threats was the goal of the 11-day joint drills. This month, Pyongyang issued a warning to Seoul and Washington over the Freedom Shield drills, threatening to pay a "dear price." It also revealed that Kim Jong Un, the leader of North Korea, had led an artillery unit that it claimed was capable of hitting the capital of South Korea.

Antony Blinken

The nuclear-armed North has long denounced joint military drills between the US and South Korea, claiming they are invasion practices. It has conducted weapons tests in the past in reaction to such cooperative exercises. The North has tested ballistic missiles twice this year; the first was on January 14 and was equipped with a maneuverable hypersonic warhead. This test took place on Monday. Ahead of the democracy summit, which is scheduled for March 18–20 and will include representatives from the government, non-governmental organizations, and civil society, Blinken touched down on Sunday afternoon.

One of Washington's most important regional allies is Seoul, where US forces number roughly 27,000 and are stationed to assist defend the country from the nuclear-armed North. To better fend off Pyongyang's threats, Yoon Suk Yeol, the conservative president of Seoul, has strengthened his connections with Washington and worked to put the past behind him with the former colonial power, Japan. This year, Pyongyang has warned of war for "even 0.001 mm" of territorial incursion, branded South Korea its "principal enemy," and sacked organizations tasked with outreach and reunification.

According to the ministry, Blinken will meet with South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae Yul to discuss ways to strengthen the alliance while Washington and Seoul look into enhancing their so-called "extended deterrence" against North Korea. The invitation list for the democracy summit has drawn criticism since it leaves out nations that identify as democratic, such as Turkey and Thailand. According to State Department spokesman Matthew Miller, Blinken would go to the Philippines after Seoul to reiterate "our unwavering commitment to the Philippine ally." In an attempt to balance China, the US is stepping up efforts to strengthen relations with long-standing regional allies like Manila.

Anthony Joshua knocked Francis Ngannou down cold in the second round of their battle. Following his devastating knockout defeat to Anthony Joshua last week, Francis Ngannou, shown in a composite picture of a guy coughing and suffering from TB, has stated that he still plans to undertake additional "medical work" to assess his health. Joshua faced a lot of criticism for facing Ngannou, who shocked the heavyweight class with his boxing debut against Tyson Fury in October of last year, as a risky opponent. But with his knockout victory against Ngannou, Joshua delivered maybe his most commanding and potent performance in recent memory, sending a message to the whole division.

Ereebe

The two-time heavyweight champion took command from the first bell and easily dispatched Ngannou in the first and first part of the second. The former UFC champion was visibly shocked as he stood up for the second time and never fully recovered. Joshua's massive right hand sent Ngannou flying to the canvas, but the 37-year-old showed no mercy and was immediately attended to by medical professionals. Francis Ngannou made an appearance on Instagram Live. Francis Ngannou made an appearance on Instagram Live. Even after getting back up and apologizing on social media to boxing fans for "letting you all down," Ngannou didn't appear to be completely committed.

The boxer, who was born in Cameroon, has now discussed the battle in deeper detail and stated that he is already planning his return fight. Ngannou did, however, note that in light of the brutal knockdown he suffered, he still needs to go through some testing. "I just have to let you guys know that it's not over yet - not at all," Ngannou stated. We're only getting started. We would simply miss time, and I believe we still have a considerable amount of it ahead of us.I'm going to take a break, relax, spend time with my loved ones, and then return to my training to be ready for yet another challenge. "We relocate, but I'm feeling well.

"Basically I was conscious right after and since then everything be good although still going to run some medical work just in case," the man said, "which surprised me a lot because I remembered everything from that fight night and coming back to the locker room." He continued: "I feel healthy but for the longevity of the sport... we better check and find out if there's anything that could be done to get better."That's basically where I am at the moment, ready to retaliate if something goes wrong."

Ngannou said that he was "falling asleep" in the locker room and that he wasn't feeling well just before the bout. "I remember trying to warm up in the locker room, but, bro, he wasn't going," he said. Francis Ngannou was rendered unconscious. Francis Ngannou was rendered unconscious. "I felt like I was falling asleep. I said to Eric, "Bro, I think I'm falling asleep."

Even though I'm sweating, I feel sleepy.I figured it was the mindset of some of the folks I've battled."Basically, I had never feared that before."I kind of took a few days off and made some time for myself because of this. Francis Ngannou fell to the ground. Francis Ngannou fell to the ground. I must admit that I had to think back on everything that transpired during the fight. Let me begin by congratulating Anthony Joshua and his team.

"They executed their plan properly and head up to my team too because they did a great job.""I was only the one who didn't show there, let's say, since everyone showed up and did what they should have done," I believe. "I was only the one that maybe didn't feel fully present and didn't carry out the plan effectively.
