Vinicius's goal on Tuesday morning sent the more than 40000 Brazilian fans at the Corinthians arena wild with joy and set Brazil on the path of qualification for the 2026 World Cup competition. 

In a tension-soaked match against Paraguay, Brazil had to wait until a minute before halftime before Vinicius produced a stunning tap-in for the Selecao goal. 

Real Madrid's men's goal has taken the samba boys, who are five times winners of the tournament, to third place on the CONMEBOL World Cup qualifiers table, and have therefore secured a place in the World Cup final to be played in the US.
