A rare peek into Kevin Costner's $145 million Santa Barbara mansion with "new love". At his beach estate, which is reputedly worth $145 million, Kevin Costner has provided fans with a very rare look into his personal life. Fans can see how he spends his time with his teenage children and new dog.

The actor from Yellowstone recently made an appearance in a Lifted Trucks promotional film, where he gave viewers unrestricted access to the breathtaking 10-acre property he owns on the California coast and discussed his daily activities with his teenage kids.

After the firm gave Kevin his truck, he said in the video that he doesn't "really get excited" about anything anymore since "so many cool things have happened in my life," but he did become "really excited when I saw it on my driveway." A scene in the video shows Kevin relaxing in Adirondack chairs with his 16-year-old son Cayden while watching the sunset. It also showcases the amazing views of the Pacific Ocean from his property and the area he can explore with Buddy, his new golden labrador puppy that he brought into the family earlier in 2024.

On social media at the time, he said, "The newest addition to the family." "I'm already in love with this special guy." Kevin paid $28.5 million for the 17-acre plot of land in 2006, but he later sold seven of those acres to a neighbor. He united the properties to form one unending estate, as he also had a beachfront property in the renowned celebrity community of Carpinteria, south of Santa Barbara.

The property boasts 500 feet of private beach and is encircled by cliffs. Kevin also built a leisure residence next to a baseball field that was formerly used for polo practice.

In 2023, Kevin's real estate holdings came to light as a result of his contentious divorce from Christine Baumgartner, his 49-year-old ex-wife, with whom he had three children.

In the end, the court mandated that Kevin provide Christine $63,209 a month in child support—a far less amount than the $248,000 she had first asked for. In addition, he promised to pay $30,000 a month for a rental property after she left their estate. Kevin's divorce lawyer bills of $14k were ordered to be paid by Christine. The 2004 prenuptial agreement, which originally said that Christine would get a $1.5 million compensation from Kevin in the event of a divorce, would also be enforceable, according to a court judge.
