The rematch between Anthony Joshua and Dillian Whyte has been confirmed. After reaching a deal last Sunday, the two British heavyweights will now face off on August 12 at the O2 Arena in London.

The battle will cost viewers £26.99, which is seven pounds more than Joshua's previous bout with Jermaine Fran.
After a seven-month hiatus, AJ won a majority decision over American heavyweight Franklin in April. AJ's victory was his first since his second consecutive defeat to WBA, IBF, and WBO heavyweight world champion Oleksandr Usyk.
When Joshua and Whyte met as amateurs in 2009, a 20-year-old Whyte defeated Joshua by unanimous decision, three years before AJ won Olympic gold in London. In 2015, the two-time heavyweight champion exacted his revenge by handing him his first professional loss and capturing the British heavyweight championship with a Round 7 knockout. Following his battle with Whyte, Joshua is scheduled to face Deontay Wilder in Saudi Arabia at the end of the year.
